If you buy off-plan, we will extensively check the profile of the building developer, including permits, bank guarantees, delivery and timing. Your interests are defended by BELCASA and an independent law firm with communication in your own language.

Before the deed is drawn up, our real estate agent, Robby, performs the final inspection of your home. He can do this completely independently, but you can also choose to inspect the property together with him. During this inspection, the home is thoroughly checked for any defects and issues that are often overlooked. If anything is not entirely in order, Robby ensures that the builder completes the work as agreed. Only when everything is in perfect condition does he give his approval to sign the notarial deed.
After that, you receive the keys to your Spanish dream home. The only thing left to do is enjoy!
